iTalkBB Canada, Inc. Lucky Draw Contest Official Terms and Conditions
This Lucky Draw Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by iTalkBB Canada, Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:01 am on March 29, 2024 and ends at April 15, 2024. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
To be eligible to participate, an individual (the "Participant") must enter Lucky Draw Contest through the following methods (“Participating Method”):
1. Participate the online prize draw on the Contest Sponsor’s event webpage; or
2. Liking and commenting on the Contest post on the Contest Sponsor’s Facebook page.
Each action completed by the Participant will count as a single entry. Each unique email and phone number can only be used once for participation. All entries must be submitted before 11: 59 pm Eastern Time on April 15, 2024.
No purchase is required. The Participant must be an individual legal resident of Canada who is at the age of majority in their province of residence (as confirmed by a valid government issued photo ID before prize collection). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No employees or family members of employees of the Contest Sponsor and its affiliated companies are eligible to participate. If the selected winner (“Winner”) is unwilling or unable to comply with Contest Terms and Conditions, that person will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected.
The Contest will award the following prizes for each Participating Method:

1. Two admission tickets to the 2024 Vancouver Bob Lam Shing Pan's Comedy Show. (1 set)
2. Two admission tickets to the 2024 Toronto Bob Lam Shing Pan's Comedy Show. (1 set)
Participating through the Contest Sponsor’s Facebook page:

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal value in the event that any prize is not available due to circumstances beyond its control.
Contest results will be published on April 16, 2024, on the Contest Sponsor’s event webpage, Facebook Page, and Instagram, and Winners will be notified via email or text message. All admission tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to the Winners.
Before being declared a Winner, the selected Participant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered in person (including virtually via online video conference), by telephone, e-mail or mail at Contest Sponsor’s discretion, within three (3) business days after the Contest Sponsor’s request.
The Winner shall be responsible for all verification and redemption cost related to the prizes. Before receiving the prizes, the Winner must sign a standard declaration and release form confirming their compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing the Contest Sponsor, and its affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and successors and assigns, from any and all loss, liability, damage and expense of any kind arising from or relating to the Contest or the prizes. This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.
In the event that the Winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsor within Three (3) business days following the lucky draw or does not sign and return the required release forms, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify that Winner and to draw a new entrant.
Any entries that are incomplete, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not comply with or meet any condition of the rules may be disqualified. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. By entering the Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these contest rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest at any time without notice, including by reason of printing errors, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond its control affecting the administration or proper conduct of the Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and none will be returned. No communication will be entered into except with the selected Winners.
